We are Defenseless When Sleeping
During sleep, our soul (energy body) needs to relax most comfortably. However, a mirror reflecting the bed reflects and disturbs our Chi. Psychologically, seeing yourself upon waking causes unconscious fear (startle), disturbing deep sleep.
Solutions
- Best is not to have a full-body mirror in the bedroom.
- If there is a vanity, cover it with cloth before sleep or turn it so it doesn’t reflect the bed.
- Especially reflecting the sleeping figure is called ‘Shape of a Third Party Staring’, rumored to imply intruders (affairs) in the couple relationship.
