Exam Day Playbook
The Night Before
- 7–8 hours of sleep (non-negotiable)
- Review your formula sheet one final time — no new material
- Confirm test center location, required ID, and allowed materials
Exam Morning
- Eat a real meal 90 minutes before your start time
- Arrive 30 minutes early
- During the section order selection: put your strongest section last (to preserve peak focus)
During the Exam
- First 10 questions: maximum focus, normal pacing (don’t rush AND don’t dawdle)
- If stuck: eliminate, guess, move on — never leave a question unanswered
- Use scratch paper actively — writing prevents careless errors
Score Preview & Cancellation
- You see your unofficial scores immediately after the exam
- You have 2 minutes to Accept or Cancel before scores are recorded
- If you cancel, the score disappears from your record (schools won’t see it)
- Retake: available 16 days later; max 5 times/year, 8 times lifetime
